PLAYMANTAS Promotion Terms and Conditions

I. General provisions

  • The organizer of the "Playmantas" promotional action is the Playmats.eu brand.
  • The promotion is valid from 04.05.2025 until further notice or until promotional stocks run out.
  • Participation in the promotion means acceptance of these regulations and the rules described on the organizer's website.

II. Promotion Rules

  • Every customer who places an order in the Playmaty.pl or Playmats.eu online store during the promotion period will receive one copy of Playmanta - a collectible coaster.
  • Only one Playmanta is added to each ordered package, regardless of the value of the order (this does not apply to individual orders agreed separately).
  • The customer does not have the option to choose a specific Manta - Playmanta are assigned according to the currently applicable pattern or randomly.
  • Each Playmanta has a collector's card with its own illustration, statistics and special ability.
  • Playmantas are marked with a rarity level, expressed by the number of stars (from 1 to 5):
    • ⭐ Common (easily available),
    • ⭐⭐ Uncommon (rotating, appearing temporarily),
    • ⭐⭐⭐ Rare (special editions for a limited time),
    • ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ultra-rare (event-only editions),
    • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Legendary (rewards for achievements or cooperation).
  • The current availability and description of each Playmanta are published on www.playmats.eu/playmantas

III. Terms of participation

  • All individual customers who place retail orders in the Playmaty.pl or Playmats.eu store can participate in the promotion.

     

  • Participation in the promotion is completely voluntary.

  • Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members cannot participate in the promotion.

  • One Playmanta is valid for one completed order. To receive another one, a separate order must be placed.

  • The organizer reserves the right to verify the correctness of the participants' applications and orders.

IV. Complaints and returns

  • Playmantas are free additions to orders and are not subject to exchange or return.
  • Complaints regarding damage to Playmanta (occurring during transport) can be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment by sending an e-mail to: kontakt@playmaty.pl.
  • In the complaint, please provide the order number and attach photos of the damaged product.
  • Complaints are considered individually within 14 business days of receiving the complete report.

V. Protection of personal data

  • The administrator of the personal data of the participants of the promotion is Playmaty.pl / Playmats.eu.
  • Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and handling any complaints.
  • Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
  • The participant has the right to access their data, correct it, transfer it and request its deletion.

VI. Final provisions

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations at any time for important technical, logistical or organizational reasons.

     

  • In the event of changes to the regulations, the updated version will be published immediately on the Organizer's website.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems beyond its control that may affect the course of the promotion.

  • In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
