Payment

The following payment methods are available in our store:

1. Pay online with Stripe or PayPal

Methods that allows you to pay with credit cards and many popular banking systems.

2. Bank transfer:

To make a payment, make a bank transfer to the details that you will find below. Orders paid by bank transfer are sent for execution after the payment is received. Unpaid orders are canceled five working days after they are placed.

Delivery

Free delivery for orders over 250 Euro within the European Union.

The following forms of delivery / collection of orders are available in our store:

 1. Parcel post

This shipping method is avalible only in Europe. The cost depends on the size and weight of the shipment:

  • parcel up to 1 kg - 15 EUR
  • parcel between 1 and 5 kg - 20 EUR
  • parcel between 5 and 10 kg - 35 EUR
  • parcel between 11 and 15 kg - 50 EUR

 

2. Courier

Courier delivery prices depend on the location:

 

Europe:

  • parcel up to 10 kg - 15 EUR
  • parcel between 10 and 20 kg - 20 EUR

 

North America (US and Canada)

  • parcel up to 2 kg - 30 EUR
  • parcel between 2 and 5 kg - 40 EUR
  • parcel between 5 and 10 kg - 60 EUR
  • parcel between 10 and 15 kg - 80 EUR

 

Asia and Australia:

  • parcel up to 2 kg - 40 EUR
  • parcel between 2 and 5 kg - 60 EUR
  • parcel between 5 and 10 kg - 80 EUR
  • parcel between 10 and 15 kg - 99 EUR

 

LEAD TIME

 

The manufacturing time depends on the type of product ordered. For standard products available in the regular offer, the realization usually takes place between 3 to 7 working days from the moment of ordering. In case of longer realization time the customer will be notified by e-mail. For personalized orders with your own design in standard size, the lead time is up to 14 working days, for personalized products in non-standard size or unusual products, the lead time is always determined individually by email. 

The delivery time depends on the selected method and country. Courier shipments within Europe are delivered within a maximum of 3 to 5 working days. Postal deliveries can take up to 2 weeks within the European Union or even more than a month for shipments outside the European Union, North America or Asia. You will always receive a tracking link from us, where you can check the status of your shipment on an ongoing basis.

Declared delivery time may be longer for reasons beyond our control (resulting from the actions of the delivery company).
