What are Playmantas?
Playmantas are humorous, collectible coaster pads shaped like manta rays, which you'll receive with every purchase from our store or on special occasions.
Collecting them is great fun for any pop culture fan who appreciates unique gadgets. Each manta is a character with its own story, special ability and stats, all of which you'll find on a unique collectible card.

Mantatrooper is our space soldier who knows every corner of the galaxy… except the one he's currently aiming at. Luckily, his special ability allows him to completely avoid one enemy attack – even a Mantatrooper can come in handy sometimes!
Fun fact: The Mantatrooper's armor is so white that space fighters sometimes mistake it for a neutron star.

Most often, you will receive them simply by shopping in our store. Each order will receive a currently available manta from the current rotation or related to events or occasional holidays.
- ⭐ Common – their new types will not appear often but will be very easy to catch. You can get them regularly or easily just buy them in our store.
- ⭐⭐ Uncommon – these are the most frequently changing mantas that enter the current rotation - they appear regularly, but disappear quickly like ninjas. Each will be available for a maximum of a few weeks. Later, it may return or be available for purchase, but it certainly won't happen quickly
- ⭐⭐⭐ Rare – special editions, limited in time for special occasions (for example, on a specific day of the year). They may or may not return for the next similar event. If you are lucky, you may also be able to buy them at a fair or win them in a contest.
- ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ultra-rare – available only at the biggest fairs, events and tournaments as a freebie with purchases or a bonus for participating. They will never come back and if you miss them – they are gone!
- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Legendary – an absolute rarity, only for exceptional achievements or cooperation. We will award them individually and only in truly exceptional situations!
Manta abilities: can you play them?
Playmantas have no rules of their own. These cunning creatures reference various popular titles and pop culture motifs and sneak in wherever they can. Every manta ability can be used whenever you want and in any situation or game it fits!
Remember though, this is just for fun and Playmantas are not part of any specific game. Using them is meant to be a bit of fun and laughter, but they do not really affect the rules of the game you are playing (unless all players at the table agree to it!)
So, can you play with them? Well, definitely. We created Playmantas as a collectible and a nice gift for our customers, but if you have a fantasy, feel free to use them in any game or come up with your own rules for them. And if you come up with a great idea, be sure to share it with us. Who knows - maybe we'll even implement it or you'll earn a legendary manta as a reward?
