Some battlefields are pretty. These are not. Grimdark is the corner of the hobby where the war never ends, the ground is poisoned and every victory costs more than it is worth - and your table should look the part.

Five ways a world can die

• No Man's Land: a claustrophobic maze of splintered logs, wrecked trench shuttering and dark, damp earth. Built for trench warfare, from Trench Crusade to the grim skirmishes of the 41st millennium.
• Green Blight: fractured ground with sickly green energy glowing through the cracks, as if old sorcery is still festering underneath.
• Red Blight: scorched, charred earth split by blood-red, glowing fissures - a land marked by endless war.
• Deathworld Tomb: towering ruins and glowing energy channels of a dead technological civilisation, a necropolis waiting for intruders.
• Land of Changes: dark, cracked, unsettling ground that does not belong to any familiar world.

Imagine a battered squad advancing through the mud of No Man's Land while the Red Blight burns on the next table at the club - same evening, two very different nightmares.

Where each world fits
Pick the format your game uses, then the setting:

• 30"x22" - Kill Team on the ruins of Deathworld Tomb, or Age of Sigmar Spearhead and Warcry on the blighted and trench designs.
• 44"x30" - Warhammer 40K Combat Patrol and Incursion games.
• 44"x60" - Warhammer 40K Strike Force and Age of Sigmar matched play.
• 36"x36" and 48"x48" - Trench Crusade, smaller table and standard.

Built to survive a long campaign
Every mat has a rubber backing under a polyester fabric with a sublimation print. The base grips the table, the soft surface protects painted miniatures when they fall, and laser-cut edges stay clean after months of games. The dark tones are printed in high detail, so cracks, mud and glowing fissures stay sharp instead of turning into a muddy blur.
