Frostgrave Mats - 3x3 & 4x4 Snow Battle Mats | Playmats

A Frostgrave game is a treasure hunt in a dead city under snow. Warbands slip between broken walls, cross frozen open ground and fight over loot before the cold or the monsters get them. The mat should feel like that city: icy, quiet and full of old stone.

Two formats

• 36"x36" / 91.5x91.5 cm (3'x3'): the standard Frostgrave table.
• 48"x48" / 122x122 cm (4'x4'): for multiplayer games with three or more warbands.

The 3'x3' mat fits most kitchen tables; the 4'x4' gives several warbands room to spread out from the corners and still meet in the middle.

Frozen ground

• Ice: a frozen, fossilised battlefield where the footing never feels solid. 36"x36" and 48"x48".
• Tundra: open ice and snow with barely any vegetation - built with a frozen, ruined city in mind. 36"x36" and 48"x48".
• Early Spring: melting snow giving way to muddy paths, for expeditions at the end of winter. 48"x48".

The old city

• Paved Plaza: worn cobblestones and old city architecture, with corners to be ambushed around. 36"x36" and 48"x48".
• Keep Yard: irregular stone slabs with moss creeping through the cracks. 36"x36" and 48"x48".
• Gates of Menoth: an intricate stone plaza for the heart of the city. 48"x48".

Imagine your apprentice grabbing a treasure token on the slippery stones of Paved Plaza while a rival warband closes in across the Tundra - that is a Frostgrave evening.

Built for long campaigns
Every mat is rubber with a polyester fabric top and a sublimation print. The base grips the table so ruins and miniatures stay put, the soft surface protects painted figures and the laser-cut edges do not fray. Many designs come single-sided or double-sided.
