Battle Mat 44"x30" / 112x76 cm

Many Warhammer 40K armies start small: a Combat Patrol box, a handful of units, a first game on the kitchen table. 44"x30" is the board for that game - and for Incursion at 1000 points - so this is often the first mat a 40K player needs.

The size
44"x30" / 112x76 cm is the Combat Patrol and Incursion board size: half of a 44"x60" Strike Force table. It fits a normal dining table with room for dice, codex and army list at the side.

Designs for Combat Patrol and Incursion

• ruined cities: Ruined City, Fallen City, Aftermatch Plaza
• alien ruins: Deathworld Tomb, with towering ruins and glowing energy channels
• wasteland: Wasteland and Mars, with craters, cracked earth and red dust
• corrupted and wet ground: Red Blight, Green Blight, Land of Changes and Swamp

Small Warhammer: The Old World games
The Old World uses 44"x30" for games up to 1000 points. Grassland, Universal Grass, Treasure Land and Early Spring give open fields and roads, and Jungle gives wild forest.

Growing your army?
When you move up to Strike Force, many of the same designs are available in 44"x60", so your table keeps the same look as your army grows.

Every mat is rubber with a polyester fabric top and a sublimation print. The base grips the table, the soft surface protects painted miniatures and the laser-cut edges do not fray. Many designs come single-sided or double-sided.
