Mats Compatible with Warcry

Warcry is about small, savage warbands clawing at each other over ground that wants them dead. The battlefield is part of that story, so every mat in this collection is chosen for settings that suit the game's grim fantasy rather than clean, peaceful fields.

The right size
Every mat covers 22"x30" / 56x76 cm - the Warcry table. Compact enough for a fast game on a kitchen table, with enough room for warbands to split up, climb and ambush.

Scorched and corrupted land

• Lava Fields: molten lava and glowing magma streams across scorched earth.
• Volcanic World: hardened lava fields and dark rock with fiery accents.
• Land of Changes: dark, cracked, unsettling ground that belongs to no familiar world.
• Green Blight and Red Blight: fractured land split by glowing green sorcery or blood-red fissures.

Mud and wetland

• Muddy Ground: standing puddles, moss and uneven earth that slow every advance.
• Swamp: wet ground with fallen logs, mud and thickets that block clean lines of sight.
• No Man's Land: a maze of mud, splintered logs and wrecked trench lines.

Ruined towns and forest

• Paved Plaza, Keep Yard and Gates of Menoth: worn medieval cobbles, mossy castle yards and stone plazas for fights among walls.
• Undergrowth: moss, soil and leaf litter of a forest floor.

Picture two warbands colliding on the cracked stones of Keep Yard while lava glows on the next table at the club - every Warcry night can look different.

Warcry terrain and extras
Dress the table with rubber 2D terrain: forests, burning forests, hills, rough terrain, swamps, ponds, fields, houses, fog and stone or wooden bridges. They lie flat on the mat so fighters stand steady on top. A 16.5x17 cm player board mat compatible with Warcry is also available.

The mats are rubber with a polyester fabric top and a sublimation print, laser-cut edges and a base that grips the table. They roll up and travel with your warband. The same 22"x30" size is also used by Kill Team and Age of Sigmar Spearhead - see those collections for designs suited to each game.
