Mouse pads

A desk mat is one of the few hobby accessories that earns its keep every single day, not just on game night. It sits under your hand while you work, browse or occasionally play something, and the mood it sets lasts a lot longer than one session.

Two directions

• Space and sky: Earth, Moon and Mars bring planetary close-ups to the desk, and the Deep Field for a desk that looks a little bit like looking up.
• Solid colours: Black, Grey, Green, Blue and Brown, for a desk that wants a calm, even surface rather than a scene.

Two sizes
The standard 61x35.5 cm size fits a keyboard and mouse comfortably in most setups. The 90x40 cm XL size, available in Black, stretches that coverage across a full keyboard-and-mouse layout for players and workers who want one surface under everything.

What it is for
This is a desk accessory, not a precision esports tool: it will not out-track a dedicated gaming peripheral brand, and it is not trying to. What it does is give a desk a mood, the same way a themed mug or a framed print does, and per the product’s own listing it is comfortable for everyday computer work and holds up fine for a game session too.

The build
A high-quality rubber backing with a non-slip surface, so the pad stays put through a workday or a weekend. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth when it needs it.

Imagine the desk after the upgrade: the same keyboard, the same mouse, and Earth or a nebula underneath them instead of bare wood.

All designs are our own or sourced space imagery, with no gaming brand attached. Pick your mood.
