Urban Battle Mats

Every city has districts, and every district fights differently. Wide plazas leave nowhere to hide, narrow streets turn every corner into an ambush, and a block full of rubble becomes a maze of cover. That is why this collection is organised like a city map rather than one grey ruin in ten sizes.

The ruins

• Ruined City: shattered buildings, cracked pavements and charred ground - the widest range of sizes in the collection.
• Ruined Streets: abandoned roads, broken sidewalks and empty alleys that create natural chokepoints.
• Aftermatch Plaza: cracked stone slabs, blast marks and debris from a fight that has only just ended.

Downtown

• Modern City: a contemporary street layout for modern skirmishes and superhero brawls in the style of Marvel Crisis Protocol.

The future

• Infinity: concrete, lane markings, road signs and technical detail of a futuristic city that still works.
• Future City: a city torn apart by technology, with the atmosphere of a downed spaceship.

The old town

• Gates of Menoth: a medieval cobblestone plaza with intricate stone patterns, wear marks and a touch of greenery, for fantasy armies.

Picture a squad leapfrogging between the craters of Aftermatch Plaza while snipers watch from the rubble of Ruined Streets - urban fighting is all about the next ten inches of cover.

Every mat is rubber with a polyester fabric top and a sublimation print. The base grips the table so buildings and miniatures stay put, the soft surface protects painted models and the laser-cut edges do not fray. Most designs come single-sided or double-sided.
