Important production information
Production begins after payment and acceptance of a production-ready file. We may contact you if the artwork is missing, does not match the selected dimensions or cannot be manufactured as submitted.
Screen colours can differ from printed colours because monitors, profiles, materials and lighting vary. For colour-critical commercial work, contact the B2B team to discuss a sample.

Can the mat be printed on both sides?
Yes - choose a custom double-sided rubber or latex mat and upload artwork for both sides.
Will you check my artwork before printing?
Yes, we check your files for print suitability and contact you if changes are needed. Please check spelling and the content of your design before uploading.
How long does production take?
Personalised products in standard sizes can require up to 14 business days after payment and artwork acceptance. Non-standard work is scheduled individually.
Can I return a custom product?
Products made to an individual specification may be excluded from the standard withdrawal right, but defects, transport damage or production errors can still be reported.
