Hits & Crits Mats

Most tournament tables are assembled from parts that were never meant to fit together: a generic mat, a paper deployment map, a cardboard tactics board. Hits & Crits started from the other end. Tournament players drew the table they wanted, and we print it on 2 mm rubber. The result is a line where every piece matches every other piece, and it is available only at Playmats.eu.

Battle mats
A 48"x48" / 122x122 cm rubber mat compatible with A Song of Ice and Fire with deployment zones, objective markers and the tactics board printed into the design, in six patterns: Bloody Dawn, Fields of War, Crossroads, Rocky Desert, War of the North and Ice, with a standard or advanced tactics board. The same mat without the board, for players who use a separate tactical board, and an Epic 90"x48" / 229x122 cm mat with the Epic tactics board in Ice Fossil, Rocky Desert and Treasure Land.

Tactical boards
Long rubber boards laid along the table edge for the tactics deck, zones and trackers: 10.5"x48", Advanced 15"x48" and Epic 15"x48.5".

2D terrain
Bloody Dawn and Desert Vengeance: twenty flat rubber pieces each, weirwoods, corpse piles, castle walls with printed health counters, forests, bogs, palisades and hedges, printed to match the mat of the same name.

Bushido
A 24"x24" / 61x61 cm rubber mat for Bushido and a Zen Garden set of five objective zones, two 8" and three 4", in the same stone-garden style.
Imagine a tournament round: the mat unrolled with the zones already on it, the tactical board along the edge, the terrain set laid out in two minutes, and both players measuring nothing before the first activation.

Why rubber
2 mm natural rubber with a polyester print top and laser-cut edges. The base grips the table, the surface keeps movement trays level, and the whole kit rolls into one bag.
