Ancient Card Mats

History has always made good game art: ruins, relics and old gods carry weight that modern graphics rarely match. These two mats put that weight under the cards, with our own designs rather than any franchise’s iconography.

Two designs

• Papyrus: a worn, tattered parchment print at 24"x14" / 61x35.5 cm, closer to a scroll pulled from an archive than a battle scene. For decks that play like they are reading from something ancient rather than digging it up.
• Anubis: the Egyptian jackal-headed god rendered in black and gold, finished with a real gold trim at 61x35 cm. The premium pick of the pair, for decks that want judgment-day gravity on the table.

Universal on purpose
Both mats carry original, our-own artwork built around a general ancient-world mood rather than any publisher’s licensed characters or gods. The format fits any trading card game, deckbuilder or history-flavoured table, with room for deck, discard and battlefield rows.

The build
2 mm natural rubber with a soft polyester top and laser-cut edges, the Anubis mat finished with its gold trim. The base grips the table, sleeved cards slide and lift cleanly off the fabric surface, and the mat folds or rolls into the deck bag. A damp cloth keeps the parchment looking aged on purpose, not by accident.

Imagine the draft table: a Papyrus mat and an Anubis mat side by side, and the gold trim catching the light exactly when the game needs a little weight behind the final card. One mat whispers, the other one gleams, and both outlast the deck that gets sleeved onto them.

Our ancient mats are universal designs for any card game and are not products of any game publisher. Pick your relic.
