Modular RPG Maps

Every printed map has the same flaw: the players can see it. The moment the full dungeon is on the table, the maze is solved and the tension is gone. A modular map keeps the GM in control of the reveal. Tiles go down as the party advances: a corridor, a junction, a chamber, a dead end exactly when the story calls for one.

Two sets, two undergrounds

  • Castle Corridors and Dungeons: 16 interlocking tiles of corridors, rooms and junctions in an aged cobblestone texture, the worn stone of every classic fantasy dungeon and ruin.
  • Caves: 16 interlocking tiles of passages, caverns and branching tunnel corners in natural rough rock, for cave networks and whatever digs them.

Within a set, the tiles combine in any order, so the same sixteen pieces build a short dead-end crawl one week and a sprawling multi-room complex the next. Combine both sets and the castle cellar can break through into the caverns below.

The grid is built in
Every tile carries a printed square grid, so positioning, movement and range are clear the moment combat starts. No separate battle mat, no drawing.

Tiles, not pages
Most modular maps on the market are bound books of fixed pages: once a page is printed, its layout is set. These are loose 203 mm / 8 inch tiles in 2 mm natural rubber with laser-cut edges. They lie flat, grip the table, shrug off dice and drinks, and rearrange into a new dungeon for the next session instead of being a single-use map.

Imagine the party at a junction: the GM lays one tile, the torchlight ends at its edge, and nobody at the table knows what the next piece shows.

Our modular maps are compatible with Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder and other major RPG systems but are not official products of their publishers. Choose your underground.
