Urban terrain is the most rewarding table to play on and the worst to own: resin ruins chip, MDF buildings fill a shelf, and both take an evening to set up. These printed rubber pieces give a street fight its structure without the storage problem.

Streets first
The road sets are the skeleton of the city. Each set includes a crossroads, T-junctions, turns and straights that link into a street grid of any shape, in three surfaces: paved stone for an old town, asphalt for a modern or sci-fi city, and old asphalt for streets that have seen the war arrive. Two widths cover two scales: 7.6 cm / 3" for 15 mm games and 16.2 cm / 6.3" for 28 mm tables.

Then the buildings

  • House: a single 13x15 cm / 5"x6" building tile. It gives ranged units something to hide behind and melee units a doorway to fight over, and per its product page it is compatible with The 9th Age and Warmachine & Hordes.
  • Fallen City Craters: a compact 9x15 cm / 3.5"x6" ruin-and-crater tile, one shelled block dropped at the end of a street.

Why flat rubber
Every piece is 2 mm natural rubber with a polyester print top and laser-cut edges. The rubber backing grips the mat through a full game, miniatures stand on the roads without wobbling, and the whole city packs flat into the same bag as the mat. An Urban battle mat underneath completes the scene.

Imagine a crossroads on old asphalt: the House on one corner, a ruined block across the junction, and two patrols deciding who enters the open ground first. Ten minutes of setup, and the table already tells a story that bare felt never could.

Our terrain is compatible with the games named above but is not an official product of any publisher. Browse the city terrain below.
