We offer secure online payment methods for individual, custom and business orders. The methods available for a particular order are shown during checkout.

Online payment

You can pay online through Stripe or PayPal. Depending on your country and the payment provider, the available options may include debit or credit cards and other supported local payment methods.

Online payments are processed by the payment provider. Playmats does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

PayPal

Select PayPal during checkout to pay through your PayPal account or another method offered directly by PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to authorise the transaction and then returned to the store.

Stripe

Stripe enables secure online card payments and, where available, other local payment methods. The exact options displayed depend on your country, device and currency.

Bank transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer enter processing only after the payment has been received and matched to the order.

Unpaid bank-transfer orders may be cancelled five business days after they are placed.

When production begins

Standard orders begin processing after payment has been confirmed. Custom and personalised orders begin production after payment, receipt of all required files and acceptance of the final production-ready artwork.

Payment currency

The order total and currency are displayed before payment. Your bank or card provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign-transaction fee when the account currency differs from the checkout currency.

Payment confirmation

After a successful payment, you receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, check the spam folder and verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

Failed or pending payment

A payment can remain pending while the provider or bank verifies the transaction. Do not place a duplicate order until you have checked your email, payment account and order status.

If payment failed but funds appear to have been reserved, the temporary authorisation is usually released automatically by the bank. The exact timing depends on the payment provider.

Invoices and business orders

For questions about invoices, pro-forma payments or B2B orders, contact us before payment at contact@playmats.eu. Include your company name, billing details, VAT number and a short description of the order.

Payment security

Always complete payment through the official Playmats.eu checkout or the bank account details shown on this page. We will never ask you to send full card details by email.
