The yard is paved with stones of every shape, worn smooth by boots and cartwheels, with moss in every joint - and somebody has just forced the gate. Keep Yard lays that courtyard on rubber cut to 24" x 24" (61 x 61 cm): the table Relicblade and Forbidden Psalm are both played on, with room for the Call to Arms Delves planned for a two-foot table. Choose the double-sided version and grass waits on the back.

Key features of the Keep Yard 24" x 24" mat

  • Crazy paving, moss in the joints - irregular grey flagstones of every size lock together across the whole mat, their dark joints filled with moss and small green weeds, with a few specks of yellow here and there; no wall, gate or road is printed in, so you decide where the keep stands.
  • One courtyard, three games - Relicblade's standard battlefield and Forbidden Psalm's play area are both two feet square, and certain Delves of Call to Arms are planned for that size too, though most of that game wants 3' x 3'.
  • Grass on the flip side - a double-sided mat has a green grass field on the back for the fight outside the walls; a single-sided mat keeps a plain anti-slip rubber back.
  • 2 mm of natural rubber - printed polyester on top, laser-cut edges; a spilled drink wipes off, and it packs into a roll or a neat square for club night.

Where the Keep Yard 24" x 24" mat fits

Temple of Justice in Relicblade - the cause of its Cleric of Justice draws a Questing Knight and a Thief onto the Path of the Advocate, and the faction set adds a Spirit Weapon and a special scenario, The Empyrean Tower; knights and clerics look at home on a flagged castle yard.

Six rounds in Forbidden Psalm - each scenario fits on a two-page spread and usually ends after six rounds, so the warband has little time to grab its prize - a cultist pelt or some treasure - while the monsters follow their own behaviour and even attack each other; let too many animal cultists gather and they can summon a two-headed basilisk.

Dawnguard against vampires in Call to Arms - Chapter 3 sets the Dawnguard - Isran, an Armoured Troll and Dawnguard warriors - against Lord Harkon, also in Master Form, with Orthjolf and Volkihar vampires; keep this mat for the Delves planned for 2' x 2', since Call to Arms mostly plays on 3' x 3'.

What makes the Keep Yard 24" x 24" mat different

Paved Plaza lays small cobblestone setts in fans and herringbone, Ruined City breaks and scorches its slabs, and Crossroads and Treasure Land run roads through grass. Keep Yard is unbroken crazy paving with moss in the joints - nothing burnt, nothing torn up, no road. Measured by area, no Keep Yard mat covers less, and the biggest is 72" x 48".

Frequently asked questions

Is there a wall or gate printed on it?

No - only paving. Stand your own walls, gatehouse or keep on top; without them the same stones pass for a cloister or a town square.

Does Forbidden Psalm need a bigger table?

No - its rules ask for a play area two feet square, the same as Relicblade. Call to Arms is the one that usually wants 3' x 3', and there is a Keep Yard 36" x 36" for it.

Why choose the double-sided mat?

Green grass on the back, so one mat covers the courtyard and the fields beyond the walls. Single-sided, you get rubber underneath that holds the table.

FAQ

How long does it take to make and send my order?

Products from our regular offer are usually made and handed to the carrier within up to 10 business days of your order. If your order needs more time, we let you know by email. Orders paid by bank transfer go into production once the payment reaches us.

How long does delivery take?

Courier shipments within Europe arrive within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Parcel post can take up to 2 weeks within the European Union and more than a month outside it. Every order gets a tracking link, so you can follow the parcel all the way to your table.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping from 200 EUR within the EU and from 400 USD outside the EU. Below these thresholds, delivery costs depend on the destination and parcel weight. The exact price is shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Yes. Besides Europe, we ship by courier to the United States, Canada and Asia. Courier prices outside Europe depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel and are shown in the cart before you pay.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay online through Stripe or PayPal, which covers credit cards and many popular banking systems, or by bank transfer. Unpaid bank transfer orders are cancelled five business days after they are placed. All prices in the store are gross prices in euro.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. On request we issue a receipt or a VAT invoice for your order. It goes into the parcel or arrives by email as a PDF file, sent to the address you gave when ordering.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but not always identical. Phones and monitors show colours in RGB, and each screen renders them a little differently depending on brightness and settings. We print in CMYK with our own calibration and match the print to the design as closely as possible.

Is the size exactly as listed?

Almost. Our materials are cut at high temperatures, so the final dimensions of a mat can differ by up to +/- 5 mm from the listed size. On a gaming table this difference has no effect on play, deployment zones or card layouts.

Can I return this product if it is not right for my table?

Yes. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by sending us the return form. You cover the cost of sending the product back, and we refund your payment, including the original standard delivery cost. Custom products made to your own design cannot be returned this way.

What if my order arrives damaged or I get the wrong product?

File a complaint with your order number, a short description and photos of the problem. You can choose a refund of the price plus delivery or an exchange for a new or correct product, and we cover the shipping both ways. We respond to every complaint within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order before it arrives?

Yes. You can withdraw from the order at any point until you receive it by sending us a statement, for example the return form. This does not shorten your 14-day right to return the product after delivery.
