RPG Mat 80x80 cm - Pavement with hexagonal grid - compatible with Dungeons & Dragons

Regular price €29,00
SKU: PP034

Compatible with
  • Dungeons & Dragons

The party turns off the main road into the back streets, and suddenly every alley and doorway matters. The Pavement Hex mat prints a cobblestone street under a hexagonal grid, across 80x80 cm of dry-erase surface, so the city scene is ready before anyone asks what the street looks like.

Key features of the Pavement Hex mat

  • Hex grid, not square - built for hex-based movement, so encounters and chases are tracked on the print instead of on a blank hex sheet.
  • Cobblestone street underneath - a paved town street printed below the grid, so urban scenes have a setting without you drawing one.
  • Dry-erase surface - PVC with a dry-erase coating: mark buildings, alleys and NPC positions, then wipe it clean for the next scene.
  • 80x80 cm play area - a large encounter map, with room for a whole street corner or courtyard and the miniatures on it.
  • Marker and cloth included - the mat arrives ready to draw the first encounter on.

Where the Pavement Hex mat fits

Urban and town encounters - for Dungeons & Dragons and other systems that track movement in hexes, the grid is already in place over a paved street. Unofficial, not licensed by the publisher.

Chases and skirmishes - when a fight spills out of a tavern and into the street, positions go straight onto the cobblestone print rather than into a spoken description.

Recurring trips back to town - wipe the mat between scenes and one mat covers a whole campaign's worth of town visits.

What makes this mat different

Cobblestone dry-erase mats usually come with a square grid for room-by-room combat, and hex mats are usually left plain so the GM draws the setting. This one combines the two - a paved street print with a hexagonal grid over it - so groups running hex-based town scenes get a themed surface to draw on.

Frequently asked questions

Is this the same as the square-grid version?

No - this mat uses a hexagonal grid, for systems that track movement in hexes. If your game uses a square grid, the square-grid version of the pattern matches it more directly.

Can I fold the mat for storage?

No - folding can damage the dry-erase coating. Store it rolled instead.

Is this an official Dungeons & Dragons product?

No - the mat is compatible with Dungeons & Dragons, but it is unofficial and not licensed by the publisher.

FAQ

How long does it take to make and send my order?

Products from our regular offer are usually made and handed to the carrier within up to 10 business days of your order. If your order needs more time, we let you know by email. Orders paid by bank transfer go into production once the payment reaches us.

How long does delivery take?

Courier shipments within Europe arrive within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Parcel post can take up to 2 weeks within the European Union and more than a month outside it. Every order gets a tracking link, so you can follow the parcel all the way to your table.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping from 200 EUR within the EU and from 400 USD outside the EU. Below these thresholds, delivery costs depend on the destination and parcel weight. The exact price is shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside Europe?

Yes. Besides Europe, we ship by courier to the United States, Canada and Asia. Courier prices outside Europe depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel and are shown in the cart before you pay.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay online through Stripe or PayPal, which covers credit cards and many popular banking systems, or by bank transfer. Unpaid bank transfer orders are cancelled five business days after they are placed. All prices in the store are gross prices in euro.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. On request we issue a receipt or a VAT invoice for your order. It goes into the parcel or arrives by email as a PDF file, sent to the address you gave when ordering.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but not always identical. Phones and monitors show colours in RGB, and each screen renders them a little differently depending on brightness and settings. We print in CMYK with our own calibration and match the print to the design as closely as possible.

Is the size exactly as listed?

Almost. Our materials are cut at high temperatures, so the final dimensions of a mat can differ by up to +/- 5 mm from the listed size. On a gaming table this difference has no effect on play, deployment zones or card layouts.

Can I return this product if it is not right for my table?

Yes. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by sending us the return form. You cover the cost of sending the product back, and we refund your payment, including the original standard delivery cost. Custom products made to your own design cannot be returned this way.

What if my order arrives damaged or I get the wrong product?

File a complaint with your order number, a short description and photos of the problem. You can choose a refund of the price plus delivery or an exchange for a new or correct product, and we cover the shipping both ways. We respond to every complaint within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order before it arrives?

Yes. You can withdraw from the order at any point until you receive it by sending us a statement, for example the return form. This does not shorten your 14-day right to return the product after delivery.
