Materials
A versatile gaming surface with a polyester printed layer. Single-sided versions provide an exposed non-slip rubber underside. Suitable for playmats, battle mats, desk mats and many accessories.
A thin, rollable material used for selected mat types and double-sided printing. Latex products must be stored and transported rolled and must not be folded.
Artwork requirements
- Use the highest practical resolution and the correct final proportions.
- Keep essential text and logos away from the cutting edge.
- Do not enlarge a small image and assume it will become sharp.
- Confirm that you have the right to use all artwork, logos and trademarks.
- Check spelling, orientation, dimensions and whether the design is intended for one or two printed sides.
- For files that cannot be uploaded directly, contact us before ordering.
Important production information
Production begins after payment and acceptance of a production-ready file. We may contact you if the artwork is missing, does not match the selected dimensions or cannot be manufactured as submitted.
Screen colours can differ from printed colours because monitors, profiles, materials and lighting vary. For colour-critical commercial work, contact the B2B team to discuss a sample.
Custom dimensions
The configurator accepts dimensions only within the technical limits of the selected material and production method. Contact us for unusual shapes, dimensions outside the available range, specialist finishing, large quantities or packaging requirements.
Custom products FAQ
Can I order one custom mat?
Many personalised products are available from one piece. Some special technologies or business specifications can have different minimum quantities.
Can I enter my own dimensions?
Yes, when the selected product and material support custom sizing. The configurator enforces the available production limits.
Can the mat be printed on both sides?
Double-sided printing is available only for compatible materials and products. The configurator automatically limits invalid combinations.
Can you check my design?
We perform basic production verification. Detailed design correction, proofreading or preparation of missing artwork may require a separate service.
How long does production take?
Personalised products in standard sizes can require up to 14 business days after payment and artwork acceptance. Non-standard work is scheduled individually.
Can I return a custom product?
Products made to an individual specification may be excluded from the standard withdrawal right, but defects, transport damage or production errors can still be reported.
